Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Download Say2Go and start dictating immediately — no payment information needed until you've used your 1,000 trial words.
Does the 1,000-word trial expire?
No. Your trial allowance stays active indefinitely — it only runs down when you actually use it. You can pick it up again months later.
Who handles my payment?
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, VAT, and payment security — we never see your card details.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel via the Paddle customer portal link in your welcome email, or email [email protected]. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Is VAT included in the price?
The prices shown are exclusive of VAT for business customers. UK consumers will see VAT added at checkout. Paddle handles VAT calculation and remittance automatically.
How many devices can I use Say2Go on?
One active device per licence. If you need to switch computers, contact us and we'll reset your device binding.
